city where there was flooding they saw flooding on bike trails, parking lots up to the doorsteps of some businesses. today is expected to be the peak. king tides happen when the sun and moon align to the gravitational pull brings more water on to the shore. people knew it was happening but still surprised by the amount of water. >> there was flooding, i had no idea it was that bad. >> how long have you been riding here? >> i right everyday or try. . for the most part it is peaceful and tension outside his house in a city outside of cairo, but, deb, we want to pass along some new information that we just confirmed and we're not sure what this means in the grand scheme of things. but the president's adviser has announced that the vote for the constitution for expats, egyptians living outside of egypt, that was sketcheduled fo tomorrow, it is postponed until tuesday. the opposition factions, mr. morsi's critics want the vote for next saturday, taking place here in egypt. that's the referendum on the constitution, they want that to be canceled. that hasn't happened yet. that's why they're out here protesting again. and also rejecting the president's speech from last night, a lot of people -- anxious to see what the president would say, if he can resolve this conflict, back down from his position. did not. what he did was call for calm, call for the political factions of the leaders to come to the palace tomorrow and meet. he also issued a stern warning to protesters not to resort to violence, but, again, he didn't back down from his core po

as jacintha saldanha, a 46-year-old mother of two. she was married from the english city of bristol but lived a short distance from here in the week where when she was working here at the edward vii hospital in central london in the staff quarters there. that's where her body was found. yeah, you're right. a lot of anger expressed on the social media about this. also a lot of sadness and sympathy being expressed with those associated with the death, first and foremost the duke and duchess of cambridge. they have issued a statement expressing their statement saying how wonderfully well in their words they were treated by the hospital staff during the time that katherine, the duchess of cambridge, was treated here for her very severe morning sickness. the hospital has come out as well, the management of the hospital saying that they are very regretful and sad about what happened and paying tribute to a nurse that was with them for the last four years and who they say treated hundreds of patients very well indeed. also, you mentioned the ceo of the company that owns that radio station in sydney
